By using MessCircle (the "Service") you agree to these terms. MessCircle is part of the Circle family, operated by TekPal (Tekpal Consulting Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad).
MessCircle connects you with independent home kitchens and PG messes in Hyderabad. Subscribe requests are confirmed directly by the kitchen; any payment, delivery schedule, or plan change is agreed directly between you and the kitchen. MessCircle does not process payments or deliveries and is not a party to that arrangement.
Kitchen listings are reviewed before publishing, but MessCircle does not independently verify food safety certifications, hygiene, or licensing. Use your own judgement and speak with the kitchen directly before subscribing - report anything that looks wrong.
You agree to provide accurate information and not to misuse the platform. Misuse of contact details shared through the app is not permitted. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
