MessCircle ("we", "us") is part of the Circle family of apps, operated by TekPal (Tekpal Consulting Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad). MessCircle connects you with home kitchens and PG mess plans in Hyderabad. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Your account is a shared Circle ID

MessCircle does not run its own signup. Your account is your Circle ID - the same phone-verified login you use across PGCircle and every Circle sibling app. We collect your name and mobile number via one-time-passcode verification, proxied to pgcircle.org, which owns and secures that identity. We never see or store your password or OTP.

What MessCircle itself stores

• Kitchen subscribe requests you send.
• Kitchen listings you submit, if you run a kitchen.

This is app-specific data, tied to your Circle ID account. It never includes your GPS location - the area on a listing is a label you or the kitchen types, never device location.

How we use it

• To show kitchens your subscribe requests, and to show you the kitchens you have subscribed to.
• Contact information you share with a kitchen is used only to arrange your tiffin delivery.

What we never do

• We never sell your personal data.
• We do not run any advertising SDK and do not share your data with third parties for their own advertising.
• We do not access your device's precise location.

Data security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

Your rights & data deletion

You can delete your MessCircle data at any time from Profile > Delete my MessCircle data - this removes only MessCircle's own rows and leaves your shared Circle ID account untouched. To delete your Circle ID account entirely, contact PGCircle. Email privacy@pgcircle.org with any request and we will respond within 7 days.

MessCircle is intended for users aged 13 and over.
